About freeze dried black raspberries
Not a blackberry — a true black raspberry, hollow-cored like a red, with a deeper and slightly winey flavour. It's the crop with the shortest window of anything here, and the first thing to sell out at the market. For most people this is the only way to get them at all. They concentrate hard in the drier. It's about as close as you'll get to eating the flavour on its own.
