Delivery & pickup
Fruit is not a normal parcel. Everything below exists because a box of kiwiberries has a good week, not a good month.
When we post
We pack on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday and the fruit goes on the courier the same morning. We deliberately don’t post late in the week — a parcel that leaves on a Thursday can sit in a depot over the weekend, and it will not be worth eating when it arrives.
Order today and your fruit is picked and posted Monday 31 August.

You choose your zone at checkout. Rural delivery costs more because the courier charges us more for it — we’re not marking it up.
What we won’t courier
Some fruit simply doesn’t survive a night in a van. We’d rather tell you that than take your money and send you a box of jam.
Raspberries don't survive a courier — they arrive as jam. Market or farm gate only.
Even more fragile than the reds. Market or farm gate only.
Too soft to post. Market or farm gate only.
Bruise if you look at them. Market or farm gate only.
If any of these are in your cart, courier delivery is switched off for the whole order. Take them out, or choose pickup for the lot.
Pickup
Choose market pickup at checkout and select the Sunday you want. We’ll have it packed and set aside under your name — the whole point is that it can’t sell out from under you while you’re parking.

Market dates & farm gateIf it arrives bad
Send a photo to glen@bellberry.nz on the day it lands and we’ll replace it or refund it. No arguing about whose fault the courier was — we picked it, we sent it, it’s ours to put right.
