About freeze dried chocolate ice cream
Chocolate ice cream, frozen and then freeze dried until all that's left is the flavour and the crunch. It shatters, then melts. Keeps for months without refrigeration, which makes it the one ice cream you can post. As with the vanilla: we don't make the ice cream, we freeze dry it. It isn't organic — our BioGro certification only covers the fruit we grow.
