Freeze dried feijoa

Feijoas are picked off the ground, not the tree — one that falls is one that's ready, and one picked early never catches up. They're scooped, and freeze-dried. Nothing added. The surprising part is that the perfume survives. Feijoa is mostly aroma, and you'd expect that to be the first thing lost. It isn't. Feijoa season is short and it's the fruit New Zealanders miss most for the other nine months. This is the fix.
