About these white heritage peaches
White-fleshed heritage peaches from a small block of old trees. Lower acid than a modern yellow peach, and floral in a way the supermarket ones aren't.
Picked properly ripe, which is the whole point and also why they can't be sent anywhere. They bruise in the crate on the way to the market as it is.
